Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

You can request deletion of your Ivana account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains the available options and what happens after a deletion request.

Option 1 — In-app deletion

  1. Open www.ivana.hr and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm the request. Your account is queued for deletion immediately.

Option 2 — E-mail request

Send an e-mail to privacy@ivana.hr from the address you used to register. Include:

We will confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

Option 3 — Facebook Login users

If you signed in to Ivana via Facebook, you may also remove the Ivana app from your Facebook account at Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites. Removing the app there triggers a server-to-server deletion request to Ivana, and we will erase the linked account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What we may retain

We retain minimal, de-identified billing or legal records only where required by law (e.g. tax records), and rolling backups for up to 12 months after deletion. No identifiable learner content remains in these systems after the retention window.

Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation e-mail to your registered address. After that point, your account cannot be restored.
